Andrea completed a degree in landscape architecture and planning in Vienna. She has held roles in the sustainable development team of Surrey County Council, at an Austrian regional government agency, and within the Environment Agencys planning liaison team.
Andrea has joined the planning policy team at the London Borough of Richmond in 2009, where she successfully contributed to the production and adoption of the Development Management Plan. She advises on climate change mitigation and adaptation, in particular on flood risk, sustainable construction and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
Her current responsibilities include providing research and evidence base studies, producing the Councils Infrastructure Delivery Plan, preparing a Community Infrastructure Levy charging schedule, Sustainability Appraisals, neighbourhood planning as well as public consultation with stakeholders and the local community.
