The RTPI is a knowledge sharing, knowledge generating organisation. We receive hundreds of enquiries from members about issues that occur in the workplace.
We help members find real solutions to workplace issues by combining RTPI guidance, the Code of Professional Conduct and the wealth of knowledge and experience that exists within the membership.
Conflicts of interest, professional conduct, what ever sector you work in there are many situations where the RTPI may be able to offer information or a helpful point of view. We've published a sample of enquiries with our responses.

This confidential service offers members free independent advice on any employment issue they face in the workplace.
Resources and articles
In 2008 the RTPI supported a number of members facing pay cuts and regrading as a result of job evaluation. The information and guidance published at the time will be of interest to members concerned about job evaluation. The information includes a survey of members in England, Scotland and Wales.
