Each year over 400 Licentiate members submit their application for Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute via the Licentiate Assessment of Professional Competence (L-APC). The candidates produce a written submission to demonstrate they have obtained the skills and competencies of a professional planner. The RTPI recognises L-APC candidates whose excellent submissions were nominated for commendation by their assessors.
These commended candidates are on the pathway to becoming exceptional planners and making a significant contribution to the community and the profession. We share these impressive young planners' tips with the next generation of Licentiates.
