Sustainable Development Research Network

The RTPI is a member of the Sustainable Development Research Network (SDRN) run by the Policy Studies Institute at the University of Westminster to forge stronger links between researchers in all aspects of sustainable development and policymakers across government.

Funded by Defra and the Department for TRansport, its regular bulletins detailing research programmes, projects, events, publications and employment opportunities are valued by a wide community of users.

Other outputs include its Annual Conference and specially commissioned reviews of research. A review of research on sustainability appraisal by Land Use Consultants and the RTPI was published by the Network in 2008.
