Catchment Change Network (CCN)

Whitewater HotelPlanners are increasingly under pressure to assess the interaction between flood risk, water supply, diffuse pollution and urban development. In this context, the Natural Environment Research Council has funded a newCatchment Change Network (CCN) to bring together university scientists and a wide range of practitioners to consider the assessment of future change in river catchment systems. Network activities will include mapping of future research needs in collaboration with a wide variety of potential users, the development of best practice guides and a range of professional training opportunities.
