Using European Research for the National Planning Framework

A workshop organised by the RTPI and UK ESPON Contact Point

1 April 2011, Edinburgh

This workshop considered how information from the European spatial planning research programme, ESPON, can be used in the monitoring and review of strategic planning policy in Scotland.

The event was designed as an intensive exploration of the key national and city region issues from a European perspective, with a particular focus on climate change and energy.
