The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) has today, Thursday 14 June, launched its report, ‘Opening up the Debate: Exploring housing land supply myths’. Timed to coincide with the start of the 2007 Planning Convention the report tackles issues of affordability and supply head on. It offers new figures and provides five recommendations for a fresh approach to gaining the evidence we need to tackle the housing crisis.
