YORnet is a network for young built environment professionals in Yorkshire

AIMS

A multi-disciplinary network attached to Concourse – The Leeds Centre for Art, Architecture, Construction, Landscape, Planning and Urban Design (see www.concourse.org.uk) whose aim is to provide a forum within which young planners, architects, engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and other young professionals in the Yorkshire region can develop their interest in planning, regeneration and design and also socialise and share experiences. The focus of the network will be on Leeds initially and would then be spread throughout the region.

HOW TO JOIN

You don’t have to be a member of a professional institute (i.e RTPI, RIBA, RICS, ICE, LI etc) to join the network. It is free to register onto the e-mailing list. What are the benefits of joining?

  • To create opportunity for networking and to meet people with similar interests
  • To create a forum for debate and discussion with CPD programme of speakers and exhibitions
  • To allow more opportunities for building friendships and contacts with other built environment professionals early in your career
  • To provide an opportunity for students of built environment degree courses to meet and engage with young professionals Interested?
