May/June - Stirling-Alloa-Kincardine railway project (Alloa).

12 July - Conservation Area management in Rothesay/social event - Saturday visit to the Isle of Bute.

3 September - Grangemouth Freight Hub: A National Development - including visit to Grangemouth Docks.

October/ November - Upper Forth Crossing - venue t.b.c. close to the new crossing site.

November/ December - AGM/ planning reform update/ social event – Stirling.

Thanks to the 2007 Committee: Claire Milne stood down at the end of 2007 as Chapter Convener: thanks to Claire for all her hard work in keeping the Chapter going over recent years. As recently departed Committee members, thanks must also go to Ken McDonald and Julie Seidel for their contributions to the Chapter and the organisation of many memorable events.

Developing future events: The programme for this year draws on previous suggestions and forthcoming opportunities to run topical events and so will be of interest to a wide range of members.
