Jerry Barnes elected as Chairperson of RTPI Ireland for 2012

 We are proud to announce that Jerry Barnes MRTPI has been elected Chairperson of RTPI Ireland (Southern Section)for 2012.  Jerry is a Director of MacCabe Durney Barnes Town Planning based in Dublin.  Marion Chalmers MRTPI has been elected Vice-Chairperson for 2013.

Branch Performance - Annual Review 2011

This annual review contains a general round up of the RTPI Ireland (Southern Section) events and activities in 2011. 

·        Of note, Ms. Aideen Murray was appointed as Administrator to the Southern Section. 

·        It should also be noted that the section’s communications strategy has placed greater emphasis on digital forms of communication (e.g. the INSITE Online Bulletin).  The RTPI website, including the RTPI Ireland webpages, is currently being redesigned.  The new website is due to be launched in April 2012.
