Tony Ray
Tony is a freelance Town Planner (MRTPI), previously a Senior Lecturer at Leedsmet University, and prior to that worked for Wakefield and Leeds City Councils. He recently retired from being Hon. Secretary to the RTPI in Yorkshire. He is a Planning Aid volunteer. He specialises in Community Planning and has supported a number of local communities in preparing Parish Plans, Action Plans, Neighbourhood and Village Design Statements, and Conservation Area Appraisals.
