RTPI Young Planner of the Year Award

CALLING ALL YOUNG PLANNERS

CLOSING DATE NOW EXTENDED TO FRIDAY 10TH OCTOBER

The search is on to find the Young Planner of the Year 2008. This award is in the gift of the Institute and is intended to seek out and acclaim the brightest younger planners involved in the profession.   This could be in planning practice, innovation, enterprise or philosophy.  If you are, or you wish to nominate, someone who is a professional planner and will be under 35 on 31 December 2008, then you need to enter '>">here online. 

The prize includes a place at the APA National Planning Conference in Minneapolis from 25 - 29 April 2009 with all flights, accommodation and £200.00 spending money included as well as a place at the Planning Summer School to be held at Exeter University in September 2009 where the successful candidate will be asked to give a presentation on their experiences at the APA Conference.

 A maximum of five entrants will be shortlisted and all Institute members will be invited to vote for their preferred candidate electronically or by post.   The winner will be announced at the RTPI Planning Awards presentation to be held at the London Hilton on Thursday 5th February 2009.
