The Commonwealth Association of Planners Young Planners' Network 

The purpose of the Commonwealth Association of Planners Young Planners' Network (CAP YPN) is to connect and mobilise planning students and recently qualified professional planners. It is open to students on planning courses in the Commonwealth, those who graduated from such courses in the last 10 years and/or practicing planners under the age of 35 who are full members of an organization that is a full or affiliated member of CAP.

As the RTPI is a member of the Commonwealth Association of Planners, members of the RTPI are free to join the CAP YPN.

The CAP YPN is still in its infancy but a virtual presence has been established on Facebook, Twitter and a blog.
