The aim of CTS is to improve and promote understanding of the inherent links between lifestyles and personal travel in the context of continuing social and technological change.

The Centre works with other academics and practitioners from across the built environment and public health spectrum to research and support the integration of inter-disciplinary solutions to creating healthier places.
