Call for Proposals launched 24 August 2010

The latest call for project proposals opened today. There are two applied research themes:

- Airports and Drivers of Economic Success in Peripheral Regions € 300,000

- Advanced Monitoring and Coordination of EU R&D Policies at Regional Level € 350,000

There is, in addition, a call for proposals for the further development of the Scientific Platform:

ESPON Database Project phase II € 1,300,000

The deadline for submitting proposals is 19 October 2010

ESPON Info Day and Networking, 8 September 2010, Brussels

The opportunity to take part in the ESPON Info Day is available to all those interested in bidding for a project under the next round of calls. The “How to Apply” session will help potential beneficiaries to prepare an application.

Registration deadline: 26 August 2010.

Territorial Impact Package for Transport and Agricultural Policies A summary of the TIPTAP project's Final Report, produced by the ESPON UK Contact Point, is now online.

ESPON TeDI - Territorial Diversity in Europe addresses the issue of economic and social development in regions with geographic specificities. A summary of ESPON TeDI's Final Report is now available online.
