There are numerous sources you can use for your CPD.

Regions & Nations provide a programme of low cost training events, networking and conferences which can support your professional development. Further information about the events can be found on the regions and nations page  

CPD Activity can also be undertaken through RTPI Conferences. RTPI Conferences organise a diverse range of events including briefing conferences, skills courses and materclasses Further information and booking details can be found on the RTPI conferences website 

Networks and Associations are virtual communities provide an opportunity for you to share knowledge with and learn from other specialists in a number of different areas of planning. The networks also hold some events. Further information about joining can be found on the networks and associations page 

CPD does not have to be attending courses or events you may also want to do some structured reading of industry journals, policy documents or business skills books. You might also want to undertake some internet research about new areas of work or you may be able to go on a secondment

Volunteering for Planning Aid can contribute towards your CPD as you broaden your experience of planning and apply your skills and knowledge to new situations.
