REGIONAL MANAGEMENT BOARD (RMB)

The Regional Management Board (RMB) is formed of the Region's elected officers, together with the Immediate Past Chair.  The RMB has overall responsibility for the finance and operation of the Region and the preparation, monitoring and delivery of the Regional Business Plan.

The RMB is advised and supported by the Regional Activities Committee.

The elected officers and members of the RMB for 2008 are:

• Regional Chair  -  Vacant - awaiting nomination
• Regional Senior Vice Chair  -  Vacant - awaiting nomination
• Regional Junior Vice Chair  -  Vacant - awaiting nomination
• Regional Immediate Past Chair  - Nigel McCurdy, Forest Heath DC
• Regional Hon. Secretary  -  Richard Chillingford, Retired
• Regional Hon. Treasurer  -  Steve Bateman, Private Practice
• Regional Representative on RTPI General Assembly  -  Richard Summers, SQW Consulting

In addition, two previous Regional Chairs have been co-opted on to the RMB for a temporary period from January 2008 until the vacancies have been filled.  Our thanks go to Jackie Ward (Private Practice,  Regional Chair in 2006) and Robert Purton (David Lock Associates, Regional Chair in 2005) for filling the gaps!
