Bradbury Court, East Clayton Farm – Lee Evans Partnership LLP (2010)

Bradbury Court is a self contained development of 8 independent living units for young people with disabilities. Thorough pre-application discussions and recognition of genuine local need overcame initial concerns and led to planning permission being granted with no objection from the local community. This is an exceptional example of planning for modern living for disabled people.

Inclusive Design Strategy and Standards - Olympic Delivery Authority (2009)
A unique inclusive design strategy will ensure that the Games become a showcase for today’s best practice and tomorrow’s standard practice. The principles and standards apply to all the sites and sports facilities that are being used in 2012, whether newly built or adapted.

Somewhere to Live: Meeting Gypsy and Traveller Needs – East of England Regional Assembly, 4NW, South East England Regional Assembly and West Midlands Regional Assembly (2008)
A short DVD about accommodating Gypsies, Travellers and travelling showpeople. It cuts through the myths and misconceptions and demonstrates an innovative and creative approach to an important and often controversial part of the planning process.
