Renew North Staffordshire is a sub regional partnership focussed on housing market renewal (HMR), a key element of the Government’s Sustainable Communities Plan. 

Renew manages a large programme of HMR expenditure and co-ordinates the inputs of public and private sector partners. The HMR partnership is one of 9 pathfinders established by the Government.

The organisation is about to merge with the North Staffordshire Regeneration Zone (local economic regeneration partnership for the RDA, Advantage West Midlands) and eventually/possibly the Stoke-On-Trent Local Strategic Partnership to form the North Staffordshire Regeneration Board (NSRB) an integrated partnership managing programmes valued at £1.5-2 billion over 20 years.
