Why join the RTPI Urban Design Network?
27-Nov-09
The Urban Design Network (UDN) promotes the importance of urban design in spatial planning. It provides a forum to put people with an interest in urban design in touch with one another, share advice, information and examples of good practice.
Becoming a member of UDN will provide you with a wealth of opportunities for networking with other urban design professionals, with whom you will be able to develop and share news, information and good practice.
Some other great reasons to join the Network:
- We send regular email bulletins with details of events, reports and good practice
- We hold free of charge or low-cost events
- Virtual and face-to-face networking opportunities.
- We can offer provision of support and encouragement in your professional activities
- We campaign for improvements in policy and practice
- To have a voice in responding on urban design consultations from government and other organisations.
The Network is free to join for both members of the RTPI and non-members.
