Submitted entries will need to demonstrate the following:

• Extent to which the support offered benefits the individual's professional development
• Extent to which the support offered benefits the organisation's performance
• Extent to which the support offered benefits the profession.   Is it inclusive.  Does it offer equality of opportunity
• Degree to which the support offered contributes to advancing the practice of spatial planning.
