Territorial Cohesion Discussion The Barca Report (by economist Fabrizio Barca) was published last month. See network member Adrian Healy’s summary of it. Read also the paper Portuguese, Slovenian and French EU Presidencies on the Territorial Agenda by Andreas Faludi.


Migration and asylum The Commission has published proposals setting out priorities for EU action over the next five years in the areas of citizenship, justice, security, counter-terrorism, asylum and immigration. The proposals, which will be known as the Stockholm Programme will be adopted by the European Council by the end of the year.
