Commissioning of ESPON projects delayed until September

All ESPON commissioning of research has been delayed because of problems ESPON hit with a procedural audit. In Prague we were told that PURR and all the other projects that are now "in the pipeline" is now expected to be tendered on about 16 September. Tenders would need to be in about early November. There are likely to be about 14 projects being tendered together, plus a new call for new ideas for "Priority 2" projects (those like PURR that are proposed by "stakeholders"), plus some ESPON Contact Point projects.
