Employers play a pivotal role in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and in supporting their graduates towards Chartered Membership through this route. Although most employers won’t themselves have gone through the APC, understanding what it is about and building it into the support you provide for your graduates during the early stages of their professional careers is essential.
