Marine and Coastal Access Bill

The Government has introduced a Bill to provide for marine functions and activities, including the establishment of a marine spatial planning system.  Part 1 of the Bill establishes the Marine Management Organisation, a marine planning authority, and Part 3 of the Bill provides for marine plan making. Part 4 establishes an integrated marine licensing regime.
