Vaux Brewery site

The Sunderland Arc is seeking a developer for the (in)famous Vaux Brewery site. Although the site is still owned by Tesco, the company have agreed to sell, if it can obtain planning permission for an alternative site in the city. Sunderland Retail Park is apparently one option under consideration.
