Membership of the RTPI gives planners recognition of their professional skills and experience.

Renewing your subscription

Membership subscriptions run from 1 January to 31 December. We issue subscription reminders to all fee-paying members of the RTPI in October each year, and the subscription fee must be paid by 1 January of the subscription year. Members can also join at other times during the year, in which case the fee is due within two months of joining.

The annual subscriptions booklet is distributed to each member every year and gives full information about current subscription rates and details on methods of payment accepted, including how to set up a direct debit payment. The booklet also contains information on our policies regarding reduced subscriptions, becoming a retired member, late payment charges and lapsed membership.

Did you know?

RTPI members subject to UK tax can claim tax relief on their membership subscriptions.
