Our Place 2020 – Mentors Wanted!

Our Place 2020 is an initiative sponsored by English Partnerships, IGNITE and One NorthEast, aimed at 11-13 year old school students, to enhance their understanding of the impact of climate change and resource efficiency. What will the future be like? What types of jobs will there be? How can I make a difference?

The initiative takes the form of a competition asking students to formulate their own ideas, working with mentors to develop and present their ideas. ONE hope to recruit mentors from many different backgrounds, with mentors being matched to schools and projects by the Education Business Links Organisation Consortia.
