This new initiative will use independent people to assess a limited number of site proposals with reference to transparent criteria.  The person sought should have experience of housing policy and allocation, Gypsy and Traveller policy and practice and a commitment to equalities.  Duties will include attending occasional meetings and site inspections in Norfolk.  There is no remuneration but expenses can be claimed.

  • Click here to download the panel terms of reference
  • Phone 020 7929 9472 for more information about the role or the functions of an RTPI representative on a Council constituted panel.
  • Click here to express interest in the role by 3 September 2007

The RTPI will screen expressions of interest and make nominations to the Council, which will make the final appointment in due course.
