INEOS HQ, Inchyra Road, Grangemouth, FK3 9XH, UK
This event is a tour of the new state of the art office building designed by leading Scottish architectural practice Michael Laird Architects and completed in twelve months between 2015 and 2016. With sustainability as a key objective, this highly energy efficient building is heated by an air source heat pump and derives its electrical power from a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant.
The new, striking HQ building has brought together INEOS’ staff from a range of existing out of date office buildings. The new facility consolidates all staff in one centralised location, providing the flexible, technologically advanced accommodation the petrochemical plant requires to support its development over the next decades.
As well as a tour of the building, we will also hear about INEOS's investment strategy to clear the wider site of old, unused buildings and decommissioned plants and its vision to create a global leading chemical and sciences manufacturing hub, with the potential to become a Centre for Excellence and Innovation in Scotland.
The talks will be delivered by Helen Stewart, INEOS Project Manager and David East, Communications Manager.
Please book your place by Friday 14th April by emailing Joyce Hartley (firstname.lastname@example.org)
