This is a key time to discuss development viability and the compulsory purchase system.
Join the RTPI Young Planners and YORnet for a session on development viability and compulsory purchase, hosted by Stephen Miles and Carole Pullan of Cushman & Wakefield. Stephen has over 17 years' experience in the areas of development, regeneration and planning consultancy, and has developed a particular specialism in the regeneration/delivery of major brownfield sites, dealing with planning, market, funding and other delivery issues. Having many years’ experience in compulsory purchase and compensation matters, Carole acts on behalf of acquiring authorities, developers and claimants in the provision of procedural and strategic advice, the making of – or dealing with – objections, evidence for public inquiries and the negotiation of compensation.
After the session we will head to one of Leeds’ newest and most stylish bars, Iberica, which is located nearby to the event venue.
