Development Appraisals and Viability

RICS Matrics Edinburgh and RTPI South East Scotland have teamed up with BNP Paribas Real Estate, Burness Paull, Peter Brett Associates and Ediston Real Estate to provide a free CPD seminar on Development Appraisals and Viability.

 

The seminar will provide attendees with an introduction to residual valuations, the legal process and possible deal structures in acquiring/disposing development land, viability in a plan-led system and a case study from a developer. The topics that will be covered are as follows:

- Introduction to Residual Validations - Marcus Weurman, BNP Paribas

- The Legal Process and Deal Structures when Acquiring/Disposing of Development Plan - Peter Chambers, Burness Paul

- Viability in a Plan-Led System - Stefano Smith, Peter Brett Associates

- Development Viability Appraisal: Case Study of 145 Morrison Street - Andy McKinlay, Ediston Real Estate
