The Albert Dock lecture series seeks to celebrate the Dock as an exemplar heritage led regeneration project and acknowledge the range of built environment professionals involved in its success. The series will also look to the future and lessons learnt, examining a range of comparison projects. The event will be held every 6 months in the build-up to the 175yr anniversary of Albert Dock in 2021, with a different built environment professional group taking the lead each time. 

The first event will be led by the RTPI and will be focused on how town planning has influenced and impacted on Albert Dock from inception to present day.
