The next Young Planners' Conference will be held in Belfast on the 14th and 15th of October 2016.

Hosted by Northern Ireland Young Planners, the conference is an excellent networking opportunity and will also include workshops, which will provide young planners with opportunities to develop or enhance practical skills, explore key topics in greater detail or obtain essential advice on the APC process.

Welcome Drinks - Thursday 13th October 2016, 7:00pm - 10:00pm
The Welcome Drinks will be held the night before the conference and provides a chance for you to meet and network with delegates in a more intimate, relaxed environment; a great idea for anyone who is travelling to Belfast on the Thursday and has the evening free. Best of all its FREE for delegates attending the conference!

Gala Dinner - Friday 14th October 2016, 7:30pm - 1:00am
This year's Gala Dinner will be held at the historic Crumlin Road Gaol. It first opened its gates to prisoners in 1846 and for 150 years was a fully operational prison. This is a chance to let your hair down and enjoy a delicious 3 course meal whilst networking with like-minded young professionals. An evening that will be one to remember!

Study Tours - Saturday 15th October 2016
Study tours around the local area will allow delegates to experience examples of best practice from Northern Ireland.

Choose from one of 4 options:

Study Tour 2: Titanic Quarter
Study Tour 3: Cathedral Quarter/UU Regeneration
Study Tour 4: Giants Causeway (Please note that bus travel is required for this tour and as a result will finish later than the others. We advise to book later evening flights or an overnight stay).
