Planning and Heritage in Wales

Thursday, 01 December 2016 at 2:00PM - 4:00PM
The Chapel, Cross St, Abergavenny NP7 5EH, UK

The Heritage (Wales) Act 2016 received Royal Assent earlier this year and this event will hear from Cadw about the principal changes and developments, including the follow-on consultations, with a particular focus on planning issues.

The event will hear from Edward Holland of Holland Heritage, about the challenges of sustainable reuse of heritage buildings and Stefan Horowskyj or Morgan and Horowskyj Architects will discuss some of their local schemes, including The Chapel, and how working with the planning system can deliver quality projects.

Following the seminar, the RTPI Cymru Annual Review will take place, with the handover of Chairs.
