A full day of training (registration from 9.30am, presentations start at 10am) led by Barristers from No 5 Chambers, exploring all the procedures and practices necessary to prepare participants for a Public Inquiry or Examination in Public.  The day will cover Inquiry procedure and tactics, types and formats of different hearings, appropriate submissions and statements, cross examination and the role of experts at Inquiries. 

This seminar is suitable for planners at all levels from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
