Development viability remains a key consideration within the planning process.  Understanding the fundamentals of development viability and financial appraisal and therefore a prerequisite for planning professions operating within the current policy and economic context.  This event will explain the importance of viability within the planning process, consider the practical application of relevant policy and guidance, offer an understanding of financial viablity appraisal methods, and consider the role and influence of Section 106 planning obligations and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
