With many local authorities now having adopted Community Infrastructure Levies, and with many more in the process of being developed, this session will bring together both the legal perspective and that of a local authority that has recently adopted and implemented its CIL.
This FREE event will consider the route to CIL adoption, emerging learning and take a look at the legal issues that practitioners must be aware of when dealing with CIL and its relationship with the wider legal planning framework.
