Since the economic crash of 2007/2008 the decline in occupation of shop units in our town centres has shown little sign of halting. Faced with challenges from out of town retail parks and superstores and the continuing increase in internet based shopping this event will look ways to increase the vitality and viability of our town centres both large and small.
