The preparation of evidence used in appeals and its presentation remain a cornerstone of the appeal process. For many planners there is a fear of the unknown the first time they appear before an inspector. Although there are practical differences between hearings and inquiries, there are many key and common components in drafting appeal material. There are also important ways to prepare for and then present a case on appeal, no matter which form of oral presentation is used.

Let the experts take you through the Hearings and Inquiries process and introduce you to some essential guidance to help you formulate your written thoughts on an appeal scheme.  In addition they will show you how to present your expertise to an inspector, whether within the less formal context of a hearing or the more testing forum of a public inquiry.
