Yorkshire's greatest planning achievements: the 1970s

The 1970s saw the completion of several large-scale infrastructure projects in the region, including major transport and energy projects.  Hosted at an iconic example of 1970s infrastructure, this event will include a tour of Drax power station.  We will consider how infrastructure investment was planned and delivered in the 1970s, how these assets are being re-provisioned, and what lessons we can learn for the future.

This seminar includes a guided coach tour.

This is the seventh in a series of special Centenary low cost seminars for RTPI members, where we look at the greatest planning achievements in Yorkshire over the past 100 years.

Squire Patton BoggsThis seminar is kindly sponsored by Squire Patton Boggs.

We have been able to offer more places so booking is still open for this Seminar, but closes on Tuesday 16 September.

This Seminar is now open to non-RTPI members.
