Need for affordable housing has never been greater, but neither have pressures on supply due to economic viability, housing market renewal and the right to buy.  Through this seminar, we explore the life cycle of affordable housing planning and delivery including assessing need, understanding viability, delivery and management considerations and the impact of government initiatives.  Perspectives will be drawn from local authority, consultancy, registered providers and the house building industry.
