The Annual Report for 2013 will be presented at this meeting by Peter Warner, Chair of the RTPI East of England in 2013, and the RTPI Outstanding Service Award will be presented to Steve Bateman for his work for the RTPI in the Region.

A finger buffet lunch is available at 1.00pm at £14.00 inc VAT. Booking is essential. Please contact Tina Jessup at the Regional Office to reserve your lunch.

Birthday Tea

Once the formal business of the AGM has been concluded, we would like to celebrate the RTPI’s 100th birthday by displaying some Planning memorabilia. We invite all members to bring along something from their planning past – perhaps some old documents or plans?

Afternoon tea will be served as members reflect on the history of planning. We are sure there will be many tales that can be told!

Planning Memorabilia

If you cannot attend on the day but have something that would be worth displaying, please let Tina know.

We are hoping to organise a special visit to see the Magna Carta, which is being displayed in Bury St Edmunds Cathedral during that week. There may be a small additional charge for this visit – we are just awaiting final details.

More information can be obtained from Tina Jessup at the Regional Office, tel. 01359 250258.
