RTPI-CIH Planning for Housing Network

Natalie Elphicke, who led an RTPI Networks’ meeting last year, alongside Cllr Keith House, Leader of Eastleigh Borough Council, have been appointed to lead a Review “to take a fresh approach to thinking how local
authorities can increase housing in their area, be it in the owner occupation, social housing or private rented sector ….We also want to identify perceived barriers and challenge ‘myths’ that may stand in the way of housing developments.”

Their call for evidence runs until Friday 23 May so this Networks' event provides an opportunity to consider, discuss and draw on Member experience around all aspects of housing supply that ought to be drawn to the attention of the reviewers. The RTPI is amongst those that will be making a submission.

Capacity for this event is limited and therefore early booking is advised.

Our thanks to Turley for kindly hosting this event.
