Full day training with English Heritage and HELM for planners and technical support officers working with developments in historic environments and who are not specialists in heritage and conservation.

We will cover:

  • Legal framework
  • Tools to help gain an understanding of historic assets and environment
  • Weight and significance given and how to prioritise
  • Signpost sources of information, help and advice

The day will include presentations, case studies and a site visit exercise.
