The policy and economic environment under which infrastructure is delivered has changed significantly following the introduction of CIL and the changes to the economy.  The day will look at a range of challenges relating to how CIL is implemented and the key considerations on assessing infrastructure requirements and ensuring viability.  The day will also consider good practice advice for stakeholder consultation and Examinations on CIL, and hear valuable experiences from those involved in CIL ‘front runner’ work.  The day aims to be of value to both those preparing and seeking to influence CIL across the planning and development arena in the North East.
