Yorkshire's greatest planning achievements: the 1930s
Leeds city centre was transformed in the 1930s by new developments, notably The Headrow reconstruction by Blomfield, Quarry Hill flats, the Queens Hotel and City Square. This event will look at this transformation and consider how new development replaces outworn parts of the city, now and into the future.
This seminar includes a guided walking tour.
This is the third in a series of special Centenary low cost seminars for RTPI members, where we look at the greatest planning achievements in Yorkshire over the past 100 years.
