As part of the centenary celebrations for the RTPI in 2014 Chris Anderson at Planning Aid will be running a series of workshops across the year in the 4 parts of the region to bring two schools from each part of the region together to work collaboratively together on planning the future space s where we will live work and play.

These one day workshops will see two schools from areas in Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham and Tees Valley come together to learn and understand some of the issues the built environment profession faces and work together collaboratively in a fun and interactive way to produce some younger persons visions and ideas about how the places we live, work and play could change in the future.

The first of these events will be:-

  • Whitley Bay High School and Cramlington High School
  • Venue – Whitley Bay High School
  • Date – Friday 25th April 2015
