A full day seminar, including lunch, led by Barristers from No 5 Chambers, exploring all the procedures and practices to prepare you for a Public Inquiry or Examination in Public. The day will cover Inquiry procedure and tactics, types and formats of different hearings, appropriate submissions and statements, cross examination and the role of experts at Inquiries. During the afternoon there will be the chance to take part in a mock Inquiry to test your skills.

This seminar is suitable for planners at all levels from both the public, private and voluntary sector.
