This Expert Learning event is an opportunity not to be missed.

"Infrastructure projects are increasingly being seen as a means of kick starting economic growth. With this potential increase in their importance and changes in legislation proposed more strategically important schemes are likely to come forward through the Planning Act 2008 (as amended) major infrastructure process".

This event is brought to you in conjunction with Bond Dickinson LLP and No 5 Chambers who will

  • provide delegates with some of the tricks of the trade and the pitfalls to be avoided when engaging in the examination process,
  • making written submissions and oral submissions at hearings including presentation of case
  • provide informed LPA experience of the NSIP process

Robert Upton, Senior Examining Inspector, will also be attending to provide Inspectorate insight in to the process.
